Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 10 days of the delivery date.

Please e-mail us at returns@jomew.com for return authorisation before mailing your return. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Please review the following before sending your return:

1) Return package must be postmarked no more than 10 days from the date Royal Mail delivers the package to you.

2) The merchandise must be unused and in original packaging.

3) You are responsible for return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We suggest that items are returned with appropriate tracking & insurance; no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged goods.

4) Please include a copy of your invoice inside the box with the reason code written next to the item(s) being returned.

5) If any item arrives damaged please e-mail us at returns@jomew.com immediately and keep the item and packaging used. A replacement will be dispatched once we have received the damaged item.

1. Did not like
2. Wrong size
3. Wrong item
4. Damaged item
5. Other, please explain

Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card.

If exchanging your order for another item, we recommend that you send an e-mail to info@jomew.com to request that we hold the item(s) that you want instead. We cover the cost to have your exchange shipped back to you.
